Carbon offers two meeting rooms, an exclusive boardroom and a VIP room. The meeting rooms are equipped with a BOSE Sound System and modern meeting facilities. One of the meeting rooms can even be transformed into a cinema. The boardroom has space for 12 persons and is perfect for management meetings or any other type of meeting you may need to hold.
If you are looking for the perfect location for private drinks or presentations,
the VIP room is the place for you. This room has a separate entrance but
is also accessible from the hotel.
Our collaboration with the Genk Cultural Center offers the ideal solution
for larger groups (walking distance from the hotel). All meetings can be
combined with drinks in the impressive roof garden.
